Join us for this 7-day retreat, “Returning: Creative Pathways to Unleashing your Essence," Saturday, November 3, 2007 – Saturday, November 10, 2007 in Tulum,
Mexico. Let the beautiful Caribbean waters in the sacred land of the Mayan Riviera be your inspiration as we guide you through art, visioning and experiential activities back to you!
Are you someone who likes to take time to gain greater personal mastery?
Would you like to explore your creative side through art, music and dance?
Would you like to experience being centered in the strength of who you are, regardless of circumstance? There's an epidemic of information overload, stress and ‘busy’ness that can keep us un-centered, tired and overwhelmed. We tend to start living from obligation and reaction rather than creativity and joy. Most of us are starving for a sense of balance and we forget that the secret to that balance is in us all along. Sound familiar? We just need to take the time to remember. We need to create ways to return to our essence.
So, that's why we've created a 7-day retreat called
Returning: Creative Pathways for Unleashing Your Essence.
In this retreat, you'll receive tools that will transform your core motivators – from stress to inner strength. You will have the time and space to allow your own natural wisdom to emerge. Located in a beautiful retreat center on the beach in the Caribbean, you will have the opportunity to return to source.
We want you to find the magic of your ESSENCE and live it fully in your life. Allow us to guide you to reveal and strengthen your core sense of self, identify access points for your greatest strengths and deepen your learning through visioning, movement, yoga, art and dance. You can be ALL of yourself, all of the time!
At this retreat, you will experience:•
Awakening: Take the time to slow down to the pace of life and use all of your senses and your body to reveal what life has to say to you. Find your movement, your pace, your expression.
•
Connection: Find a deeper sense of Spirit living within you. Move through the obstacles and the old beliefs that stand in the way of the expression of your essence. You will leave the retreat with a deeper sense of knowing yourself.
•
Creativity: Find the ways that your essence wants to be expressed in art, movement, dance and song!
•
A unique journey: In experiential learning, the exercises are created so that your learning and growth is unique to your life.
•
Community: In a community setting, based on a foundation of acceptance, you will reveal and grow yourself with the support of others. Through the intimacy created in the group, depth, strength and magic is made possible.
