AVIA is pleased to welcome you to “Returning: Creative Pathways to Unleashing your Essence.”  The Retreat is Saturday, November 3, 2007 – Saturday, November 10, 2007 in Tulum, Mexico.  Upon registration, you will receive a  Registration Packet with more information about your retreat.  We look forward to seeing you in the Caribbean!

Accommodations
Guests sleep inside one of our simple, yet chic, thatched-roofed cabanas that look as if they could have sprung naturally from the earth. Each cabana comes with a sitting area for relaxing, tiled bathroom with an open shower area, and a generous supply of fresh bottled water. Maya Tulum Resort offers a choice of 3 types of rooms: garden, ocean-view, or beachfront.

Beachfront Rooms:
Our best cabanas! Each cabana sits right on the sandy beach with spectacular and crystal clear views of the Caribbean Sea.
Ocean-View Rooms:
Cabanas are located in the garden area with beautiful views of the ocean. There are breezes in these cabanas, like the sky itself is touching you.
Garden Rooms:
Cabanas are located in the garden area with windows that open to allow the sweet, deep scent of the tropical gardens to come in.

Payment
An on-line payment is available at this time.  Please email us, info@aviaretretreats.com, informing us that you have registered and which room you prefer.  This will ensure your room option.  Payment if full is due no later than August 10th.

There are a few payment options.  Checks can be made payable to AVIAretreats and sent to P.O. Box P.O. Box 8017 Santa Cruz, CA 9506.  Pay Pal is available on-line to make payments via credit cards.  We are happy to make arrangements for a payment plan if needed. 2.    After choosing room choices,
       click on room heading you would like to stay in.
3.    Click on "Add to Cart."
4.    Click on "Check Out."
5.    Click on Continue to Checkout.
6.    Type in your information in Billing Info. section.
7.    Click "Continue."
8.    Write any special instructions if needed, and click Continue.
9.    Click on Pay Pal option.
10.  Click "Place order."
11.  Write down invoice number for your records.
12.  Click on "Pay Pay - Pay now" box.
13.  If you don't have a Pay Pal account, click continue
       on bottom of pay pal page.
14.  Fill in Billing Information.
15.  Click "Review Order and Continue."
16.  Continue following directions until your order is complete.
17.  If you have a Pay Pal account, log in on the right hand side
       and continue following instructions.
